As a lawyer in the past, he has worked in the field of legislation, implementation of EU law and advocacy. In addition to legal education, he also received an education in the field of business management at the doctoral level of the Faculty of Management of Comenius University in Bratislava.
He has professional experience from the activities of the central state administration body – the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, where he gained experience in drafting national legislation and implementing EU law in the field of consumer protection and the EU internal market.
For several years he worked as a representative of the Slovak Republic in expert groups of the European Commission dealing with the revision of secondary EU law and the creation of new legislation. He is the author of a commentary on Act No. 102/2014 Coll., As well as many interpretive articles and publications published by Poradca Podnikateľ. At present, in addition to advocacy, he also teaches, consults and lectures
